House Smoked Salmon

Our whole fresh salmon sides are salted overnight with our blend of herbs and spices in preparation for the next day’s smoking. Early in the morning, we fill our smoker with wild cherry and oak and light it. We then smoke the salmon for six hours to take it from raw to perfectly finished. Stop by to pick it up — it’s fully cooked, and ready to top your salad, pasta or appetizer platter.

Fresh Bombolini Pasta

Bombolini Pasta is made daily with GMO free Durham flour and water to ensure the freshest, tastiest pasta experience. With flavors rotating daily, you’re sure to find something just right for your next meal. Let your imagination and taste buds go wild! Also – yes, it’s vegan!

Dry Bombolini Pasta

We start with freshly extruded pasta, then dry it slowly over several days to retain both its flavor and its texture. Its extended shelf life lets you enjoy our pasta when refrigeration is limited. Take it to your next family outing or keep it as a backup in your pantry for a not-so-ordinary meal.

Our ravioli selection includes meat, vegetable and vegan options. Ravioli fillings include cheese, sausage, spinach, mushroom, summer/winter harvest (vegan), caramelized onion (vegan), artichoke, chicken, beef and more. We also offer some seasonal raviolis, like caprese, lemon cheese and pumpkin.

We’ve made some amazing traditional-style take and bake items for you — they’re waiting for you in our frozen case. Meat and vegetable lasagna, eggplant parmesan and spinach cannelloni are always available. There’s your excuse for not cooking tonight.

Enjoy the ease and convenience of pre-made meals with the quality and flavor of a full sit-down restaurant. These meals come in a variety of options for vegetarian, vegan and meat eaters. They can go from the microwave to your tabletop in about 6-8 minutes.
